Gives her all kinds of info, including heartrate, Blood Oxygen, fitness tracking, text and phone notifications, as well as the weather, music control and so much more. The face is beautiful and bright, and can be customized via the DA FIT app, to many free faces. You can also change settings like measurement types, location, 12/24 hr display etc.
The price was right and the watch battery life is fantastic, she has used it for over a week now on the initial charge and it still has a ton of life left.

This is the first smart watch that I’ve ever gotten that has a period tracker – ladies this is a must have.
The watch also tracks heart rate, stress, sleep, etc.
It allows you to place phone calls, add contacts, there is a calculator option as well.
The app itself comes with exercise programs that you can use, so I’d say it’s a win win.

L’accuratezza dei sensori è impressionante: il monitoraggio del battito cardiaco e del sonno funziona molto bene e la modalità per l’ossigeno nel sangue è un’aggiunta utile.
